Our purpose is driven by our founder, who wants to give everyone a fair chance to follow their dreams. This means:
- Coaching aspiring investors through the process of breaking into the investment world and hopefully to the point of writing their first checks.
- Mentoring founders through their 0-1 process and helping them raise their first rounds.
- Encouraging individuals with similar interests to connect and build real relationships.

Actively support one another's professional journey. We believe in the principle of creating a collaborative and human-centered atmosphere. When opinions differ, we value open discussions and encourage members to ask questions, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Maintain a positive environment. Certain behaviors are not acceptable. These include harassment, disrespect, dishonesty, and spam. These policies are in place to promptly address violations, with repeated offenses leading to removal of membership. Inappropriate or derogatory content has no place in our community and will be removed immediately. We strive to create a welcoming and professional space for all members.
